Hi, I’m Bri Rosely and I’m a Northern California native with a background in communications, storytelling, and church leadership. For over a decade, I’ve served on staff at a multi-campus church, leading teams and crafting content to support the local church and advance the gospel.
As a freelance writer, I’ve contributed to Pray.com, where my Bible Bedtime scripts have been read by Drew Brees, Lecrae, Gary Valenciano, and others. In partnership with Pray.com and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, I also wrote for The Chosen People Podcast with Yael Eckstein, which reached over a million downloads in its first month. I also contribute to Love, Respect, and Kindness, an initiative of Live Faith First that shares the radical, relational love of Jesus in a polarized and divided world.
I’m also the creator of You’ve Heard It Said, a free Substack newsletter that explores the overlooked and surprising truths behind Scripture and ancient culture—blending biblical insight with history, theology, and anthropology.
When I’m not writing devotionals or contributing to other platforms, I’m drafting my debut novel, which reframes the prophet Jonah’s story as a tragedy.
Also, I consider television a hobby and love salt and vinegar chips almost as much as I love Jesus and His Church. Almost.
